Contact Forms and Email Updates
Contact enquiries are delivered to our relevant team through Resend. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to our mailing list. We use Vercel BotID and request checks to screen automated submissions, which can process browser, device and network information for security.
If you sign up for updates, Resend sends a confirmation email. Your address is added to the 199 updates list only after you confirm. We record the signup source and confirmation date with your subscription. We keep your subscription while you remain subscribed and retain the minimum information needed to honour an unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any update or contact privacy@199.bio. We do not sell the mailing list.
Contributions are processed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout and are not collected by our website.
